Elmer’s Texas Barbeque specializes in Texas style smoked meats including Baby-Back Pork Ribs, Beef Brisket, and Pulled Pork.  Below you will find a basic catering menu with a list of commonly ordered specialty foods and additional accessories to make your event be as you visualize.  We are able to accommodate special requests that may not be listed; all you have to do is ask.  Prices are often times driven by quantity and fluctuate with the market, therefore they are available upon request.

We are able to accommodate party sizes from as little as 6 people to as many as 1000 people.  Our van, smoker, and staff travel to private homes, places of business, our pavilion, parks, etc.  Our normal catering radius is 100 miles; which includes all the areas around: Fargo, Detroit Lakes, Perham, Park Rapids, Wadena, Alexandria, Fergus Falls, Wahpeton, Barnesville and everywhere in-between.
